Caulfield Cup winner All The Good is another Melbourne Cup hopeful under an injury cloud.

The Godolphin stayer pulled up “stiff” after trackwork at the Sandown quarantine center yesterday and will be monitored over the next 24 hours to see if he improves.

Trainer Saaed Bin Suroor said he would give the talented stayer an easy day with walking only before more x-rays.

Initial scans revealed no injuries.

It would be a major disappointing for the Godolphin stable if All The Good wasn't to run, having coveted the Melbourne Cup for a decade now.

All The Good's Caulfield Cup success was their first taste of Group 1 success here.

Racing Victoria chief steward Terry Bailey said vets would also monitor All The Good, adding him to their growing list of runners to have come under scrutiny before next Tuesday's race.

They are also monitoring the progress of fellow international Yellowstone, who injured a hip earlier in the week and Zagreb who has had a foot abscess for over a week.

Yesterday Efficient, last year's Cup winner, was ruled out through a fetlock injury.
