Big names and potential stars will turn the spotlight on the NSW central coast tracks of Gosford and Wyong early this week.

On Monday Sydney's most accomplished Group One performer Racing To Win will be sent to Gosford for a barrier trial by his trainer John O'Shea.

O'Shea has decided to head out of town with Racing To Win and five other horses for Monday's Gosford trials rather than wait for the next set of metropolitan trials at Warwick Farm on Friday.

O'Shea, currently based at Warwick Farm, feels the 900m trial at Gosford fits Racing To Win's preparation for his planned return to racing next month as it will be on a turf track.

He will have the latitude to give the rising six-year-old another trial before his planned resumption in the $200,000 Warwick Stakes (1400m) at Warwick Farm on August 23.

Bart Cummings also is sending a big team of 13 horses to Monday's Gosford trials including nine unraced youngsters who will turn three on Friday.

He has Dane Flyer and Very Grand entered for the same trial as Racing To Win while Assertive and Mi Casa are in another open heat over 900m.

At Tuesday's Wyong meeting several unraced youngsters will command high interest.

Among those set to make debuts in the one of the last two-year-old races of the season are the Anthony Cummings-trained Swarm, John Singleton's impeccably bred filly Bondi Blonde trained by Gai Waterhouse, and Rhodes To Glory, trained by Jim Lee.

Bondi Blonde, a filly by Red Ransom from Strawberry Girl, was bred by Singleton and retained by him after he sold her older sister sold at the Magic Millions as a yearling for $400,000.

If trial form is any criteria Singleton made the right decision with Bondi Blonde having won two trials at Rosehill and Warwick Farm.

Swarm, by $625,000 Tale Of The Cat colt from the Kenny's Best Pal mare Surrealist, has finished fourth in two trials at Rosehill.

Rhodes To Glory ran second to Gary Portelli's boom colt Lighthorseman in a trial at Warwick Farm on July 7.
