frankly, it is difficult to compare trainers at different places as they will be subject to different conditions and requirements...for example, in Europe, the most important thing may be to push a three year colt to win a staying race, i.e. the Derbies, without regard to the length of the career of the horse whilst in other places, the focus is to win as many group races as possible by prolonging the career of the horse and keeping it at the highest level...a training method / ability in one place may not be useful in another
