1000 Guineas fourth Infallible is set to line up in the Group Two Prix de Sandringham at Chantilly on Sunday.

The Cheveley Park-owned Pivotal filly hacked up in the Nell Gwyn Stakes at Newmarket on her seasonal reappearance before just being beaten by a length when fourth to Natagora in the fillies' classic.

She had shown lots of speed in her trial and was perhaps beaten for want of stamina in the Guineas, though connections are confident she does get the trip.

Chris Richardson, managing director for Cheveley Park Stud, told sportinglife.com: "Infallible, all being well, will run on Sunday June 1 in the Prix Sandringham over a mile and then we'll decide whether to run her in the Coronation at Royal Ascot.

"It will depend on how she performs and if it is confirmed one way or the other whether she stays or not.

"We think she does and John Gosden (trainer) feels strongly that she does, but there are one or two doubts on breeding as she has lots of speed. We'll have to wait and see."

Spacious, second in the 1000 Guineas, is also owned by Cheveley Park and Richardson was more definite about her participation at the Royal meeting.

He said: "Spacious will go straight to the Royal meeting and run in the Coronation.

"She does stay the mile well. Again the pace (in the Guineas) wasn't perhaps ideal and we were hoping to track the winner a bit more closely but it didn't quite work out like that.

"She travelled bravely and strongly and being her first start of the year I'm sure she will improve for that."
