Dermot Weld is planning to give Arlington Million hero Winchester one more run before a return trip to America for the Breeders' Cup Turf.

The Theatrical colt cut little ice in the Irish Derby on his penultimate start, but could not have been more impressive when beating compatriot Plan by over seven lengths in Grade One company last time.

Weld was delighted with that performance and he is now looking for a suitable prep race before heading back across the Atlantic for the big meeting on October 25.

"Winchester is very well and we will just look for a suitable race before going for the Breeders' Cup Turf," said Weld.

"We have nothing firm in mind at the moment but the Breeders' Cup is definitely his main target and he will only have the one run beforehand."

Weld also had news of Profound Beauty, a beaten favourite in the Ballyroan Stakes at Leopardstown.

"Nothing is decided with Profound Beauty and we are just waiting to see what weight she gets in the Melbourne Cup before making plans," Weld continued.

Casual Conquest has not been seen since taking second in the Irish Derby last month and Weld confirmed he is targeting the Irish Champion Stakes on September 6 as a possible return target for him.
