honestly Min pay is become highest pay ...

for a retire man like me, I have not interest about it but $28 is not enough for a lunch / Dinner now ..
normal price is around $35

The reason behind is why set $28? If set to $33, then the lunch/dinner will become over $45

The min pay also become inflation ...

the situation in Macau is more horrible .
but they never knows ..

．增加供養父母或祖父母免稅額，免稅額會由3.6萬元增加至3.8萬元；
．增加子女免稅額，由現時每名子女6萬元增加至6.3萬元；
．增加供養兄弟姊妹免稅額，由現時3萬元增加至3.3萬元；
．增加傷殘受養人免稅額，由現時6萬元增加至6.6萬元；

but this one is rubbish

if you have really good & working idea ... dont give up ..
Lots of place can really make you working, just like newspapers ..
Or try to go to election later ..

If you want to do some social work, I can really introduce people for you..

West Kin & Flying God knows what I do before ..
should be able to help you with this ..
but need to see if you really have that effort or not ...

Dont try to close your effort, if your idea is working, then you should have a chance ..

TSW 500 feet 2 bedroom is around $6000 now .. before is around $5k ..
but maybe too far for you ..

YL still rent around $3000 for 350 feet ...

HK Island side hard to find some cheap rent place ...

have you try Sai Wan or Shek Tong mouth?
It should be a little bit cheaper but around 25 minutes away (MTR)

then I can understand 6k can be better for you ..
but the electric $1800 is useful for you ..

上網費，　電話費又差唔多４００

買日用品，　５００走唔到

交通費　　１０００又無得走

重未計食野，保險，　簡單既經常性開支就殺左半個月糧

我２年前租淘大，　５００呎租６８００

早幾個月再去睇，　加租加到８０００幾

如非必要，　無咩可能走出去租樓住

well, I just recommend you to learn from them and know how to deal with their resources ..
since they have lots of things other party doesnt have ..
if other party can have their backbone support, then it will be another story ..

舊式公屋徒置區都拆左 N 年, 重建得99十十

相比之下, 香港 D 私樓重建直頭係慢到.....
D 業主自己有幾多責任呢.....

HK can at least balance the interest and income ..
lots of place really cant do it without parents help ..

luckily you are still young and still have the chance to try ..

but if you think about the family, you may not able to take risk ... so .. how to balance everything is the key ..
