The Hong Kong Jockey Club has announced the appointment of Mr Nigel Gray as the Club𠏋 new Head of Handicapping and Race Planning. Mr Gray will take over the position from Mr Ciaran Kennelly, who will retire in January, 2007.
Mr Gray, 47, currently acts as the Head of Handicapping for the British Horseracing Board and he became Britain𠏋 youngest ever appointee to that role in 1997. He also acts as Co-Chairman for both the IFHA World Thoroughbred Racehorse Rankings Conference, and the IFHA World Rankings Supervisory Committee.
㜁e are delighted to have Nigel joining our team. His experience in handicapping speaks for itself . I am certain that he will ensure the further development of Hong Kong racing and its mission to be a leader in providing world class racing and betting entertainment,?said Mr Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges, the Club𠏋 Executive Director of Racing.
𨧻 would also like to thank Ciaran for his tremendous contribution to Hong Kong racing. His insight and experience as a handicapper and race planner has been invaluable and I wish him every success for the future on his return to Ireland.?/FONT>

紀禮澤接任首席評磅員（2006-11-9）

【馬會消息】馬會宣布，委任紀禮澤先生為評磅及賽事策劃部主管，接替將於明年1月退休的簡勵廉先生。紀禮澤現年47歲，自1997年開始一直擔任英國賽馬管理局評磅部主管，當年是英國歷來獲委擔任該職的最年輕人選。他同時擔任國際賽馬組織聯盟世界純種競賽馬匹排名會議及世界馬匹排名管理委員會的聯合主席。

英愛來港因為要適應水土，PP一律50分起步，PPG20分起步

澳紐馬由於早熟，所以PP100分起步，PPG就70分:fff:
