HOWARD JOHNSON'S Norfolk Stakes winner South Central has run his last race in Britain having been sold to race in Hong Kong.
The US-bred colt was bought at Doncaster's breeze-up sale in April for £60,000 by Transcend Bloodstock, the partnership of Johnson and Graham Wylie, and made a huge impact on his debut when winning a Carlisle maiden in June by 13 lengths.
He went on to beat Spin Cycle and subsequent Richmond Stakes winner Prolific at Ascot and has been sold in a deal brokered by Newmarket agency McKeever St Lawrence.
"South Central's in the Gimcrack but he won't be running there as he is now in quarantine in Newmarket. I think he's heading out to Hong Kong next week," said Johnson. "He's a very good horse and I hope he's lucky for his new owners.
"We had a lot of interest from America and Hong Kong for him and had to sell because that's our policy. It gives us some firepower to buy yearlings and breeze-up horses for next season.
"In the past we have sold on the likes of Masta Plasta, who has been having a good year, and Algol, who has done very well in decent races in Hong Kong."

大摩到而家為止係英愛兩地買入六隻馬...
除左o係另一個post提過o個兩隻馬之外...
