The half brother to Australia's champion juvenile Sebring is heading to January's Conrad Jupiters Magic Millions Yearling Sale on the Gold Coast.

The colt by Redoute's Choice's Group One winning sprint son Charge Forward will be one of the hundreds of pin up lots heading to the sale.

Sebring, himself a $130,000 graduate of the Magic Millions Yearling Sale in 2007, confirmed his place as one of the finest juveniles to ever race in Australia with a stunning initial season on the track.

The Gai Waterhouse trained colt won five races as a two-year-old including the Group One double of the Golden Slipper at Rosehill and AJC Sires' Produce Stakes at Randwick.

Currently resting prior to an autumn campaign next year, Sebring earned a staggering $2,537,060 during his two-year-old season.

"Without doubt Sebring would be ranked right up there with Dance Hero as the two finest two-year-olds seen in Australia in the past 20 years," Magic Millions managing director David Chester said.

"It's fitting that the colt would be heading to the sale - his champion half brother is a graduate of the Magic Millions ring - and both his sire (Charge Forward) and dam (Purespeed) were sold at the same sale in their respecting yearling seasons.

"I was delighted to get the call from George Altomonte confirming the colt would be heading to the Gold Coast. This yearling would be a pin up at any auction in the world."

The Charge Forward colt heading to the 2009 Magic Millions Yearling Sale is the latest yearling from the top producing and well related Flying Spur mare Purespeed.

A Sydney placegetter at two and three, Purespeed is a half sister to the eight time stakes winning sire Surtee.

Purespeed's family is renowned for its precocity. Her dam, a daughter of Luskin Star, was a Sydney winner at two.

Her second and third dams - Willowy and Far Vista - were both stakes winners at two, while another close relation Giostra won a Silver Slipper.

Sebring's half brother heading to the sale is by Charge Forward - a son of Redoute's Choice who won four races during a short career including the Group One Galaxy Handicap.

He narrowly missed winning the Golden Slipper when second to fellow Magic Millions champion Dance Hero in the 2004 edition of the famous race.

Entries for the Magic Millions Yearling Sale are closing now. Any queries should be directed to the bloodstock department of Magic Millions as a matter of priority.

"The 2009 sale is shaping up brilliantly," Chester commented. "We can't wait to offer buyers with the opportunity to buy the 2010 Golden Slipper winner - our sale after all is now the premier hunting ground for the winner of the world's richest juvenile event."
