Vodafone Derby hero New Approach and four-time Group One winner Duke Of Marmalade will, after all, clash in the rearranged Juddmonte International at Newmarket on Saturday.

The former has not been seen on a racecourse since his incredible win at Epsom in June while Aidan O'Brien's superstar bravely won on his last start in the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot.

"New Approach is very well and the plan now is to run on Saturday," his trainer Jim Bolger admitted on Thursday, while Aidan O'Brien, speaking about his four-time Group One winner Duke Of Marmalade, revealed: "The plan is to run as long as everything is okay between now and then."

Henry Cecil's Phoenix Tower, the Coral-Eclipse runner-up will line up alongside his stablemate Multidimensional.

Mick Channon is also double-handed with Halicarnassus and Championship Point.

Pipedreamer, Rob Roy, Cat Junior, Stubbs Art and Duke Of Marmalade's pacemaker Red Rock Canyon complete the intriguing 11-strong field.
