Epsom Handicap candidate Bank Robber passed a crucial barrier trial test at Randwick this morning.
Racing NSW stewards ordered Bank Robber to trial to their satisfaction following his disappointing performance in the Shannon Stakes at Rosehill last Saturday.
Bank Robber finished a disappointing seventh as the $1.45 favourite.
Today's satisfactory trial cleared Bank Robber to take his place in the Group One Epsom Handicap at Randwick on Saturday week.
Bank Robber won his trial easily and was immediately inspected by Racing NSW vet Dr Craig Suann.
Suann reportd that Bank Robber pulled up in excellent condition.
