Johnny Murtagh will be free to ride at the Breeders' Cup and Newmarket's Champions Day after the dates of his ban were announced.
The Ballydoyle jockey was banned for seven days after a BHA inquiry into team tactics found him guilty following the running of the Juddmonte International Stakes at Newmarket, won by Duke Of Marmalade.
He will miss racing between October 8-14, making it difficult for him to claim the Irish jockeys' title, but allowing him to take part in Ballydoyle's quest for further group one glory.
Murtagh told the Racing Post:: "The ban is going to make it tricky to win back the championship, and I'll also be away at the Breeders' Cup and Melbourne Cup so it's going to be difficult.
"But I still intend giving it a go."
Murtagh is on 73 winners for the season, with Fran Berry one behind on 72 and Pat Smullen third on 70.
