Sydney star All Silent has been installed as favourite to add the Doncaster Mile to his Emirates Stakes triumph.
In an opening TAB Sportsbet market top heavy with three-year-olds, All Silent is a $7 chance to win the $2 million race.
Outstanding mare Forensics has been listed at $10 with Caulfield Guineas winner Whobegotyou the first of the three-year-olds at $13.
Whobegotyou shares the third line of favouritism with older stablemate Sea Battle.
A select group of sophomore gallopers - Glamour filly Samantha Miss, last year's Golden Slipper winner Sebring and boom galloper Northern Meteor - have opened at $15.
All Silent and Forensics were unplaced in last year's Doncaster but both enjoyed Group One success during the Melbourne spring carnival.
The Grahame Begg-trained All Silent swept to an impressive Emirates Stakes win while Forensics won the Myer Classic.
TAB Sportsbet's Robert Ely said Desuetude, also a three-year-old, had attracted interest with early bird punters.
"Desuetude has probably been the best-backed runner so far," Ely said.
"We went up $71 and now he's $51."
Desuetude, trained by Peter Snowden, is nominated to return to racing in the Canterbury Classic on Thursday night.
The Chris Waller-trained Triple Honour was quoted as a $31 chance to repeat his 2008 Doncaster triumph.
Weekend Hussler, Australia's highest-rated galloper in latest international rankings, is a $17 chance.
