Devotee will be sent to America to race on dirt after her no-show in Sunday's Stanjames.com 1,000 Guineas.
Godolphin's representative, who was making her turf debut in the Newmarket Classic, finished 13th behind Ghanaati.
Saeed bin Suroor's Elusive Quality filly has already been victorious on dirt in Dubai and the USA, where she will next be seen in competitive action.
Simon Crisford, Godolphin racing manager, said: "She kept changing her legs and was not suited by racing on grass.
"We will send her to America to race on dirt, which willbe much more to her liking."
The Godolphin operation suffered more frustration at Churchill Downs on Saturday as Regal Ransom and Desert Party finished eighth and 14th respectively in the Kentucky Derby.
Trainer Saeed Bin Suroor
Bin Suroor told godolphin.com: "I am disappointed with the result.
"Desert Party and Regal Ransom were not good enough on the day.
"I expect them to do better in other races, but there are no plans at the moment."
