由6月15日起，JRA Online正式委任新水星擔任賽事結果工作人員，工作包括：

工作範圍:

1. 每週更新各參戰馬之名次及所得獎金

2. 派發獎金

人工方面每次20萬rw幣, 由2009年6月起開始計算

請主席開放銀行行長權限給新水星以便他能派發獎金
