Mick Channon's charge, who was as short as 7/1 with Sky Bet, had been set to wear a visor for the first-time in the Group One showpiece but was found to have a swollen near-fore joint on Thursday morning.
The trainer told his website, www.mickchannon.tv: "The horse isn't lame but there's swelling round the joint and we can't take any chances. X-rays taken on the leg showed nothing for us to get worried about, and he'll hopefully be back later in the year."[/wmv]
