Top Brisbane rider Jim Byrne will represent Australia in the 5th KRA International Jockey Invitational Series in Seoul this weekend.
He is among six overseas jockeys in the Rest Of The World team taking on Korea's best riders.
Gold Coast based Byrne, who has been Brisbane's champion jockey four times, will be joined in on the international team by Richard Fourie (South Africa), Luis Garcia (US), Tetsuya Kobayashi (Japan), Pat Shanahan (Ireland) and Gokhan Yildiz (Turkey).
The home team will miss current champion jockey Moon Se Young, who is out for the rest of the season but they will be led by Park Tae Jong, who has won twice as many races as any other Korean rider in history.作者:
