Former top Australian galloper Denman is likely to return to Australia without a UK run to his name.
The Group 1 winning colt, transferred from Darley Australia's Peter Snowden to race under their banner in the UK, won't run in the July Cup next weekend, according to The Racing Post.
Denman , who was as short as 10/1 for the Darley July Cup on July 9, will shortly go into quarantine in preparation for his return to his native country where he will take up stud duties.
Simon Crisford, racing manager to Godolphin, said they had run out of time to have Denman fit for the race and without another suitable target on the horizon will instead return to Australia.作者:
