Just a field of seven will line up in Saturday's Group 1 Pulse Pharmacy Australia Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley.
The
Tony Vasil-trained Lucky Secret was the only runner of the eight original nominations who didn't accept for Saturday's race.
He will be held over another week to run on his home track in the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate (1100m).
That leaves just seven runners lining up in the $405,000 weight-for-age race, with Mind Your Head drawn the inside, while Apache Cat and Weekend Hussler have drawn alongside each other in barriers two and three.
Orange County has drawn barrier four, Tesbury Jack five, the three-year-old Time Thief drawn barrier six and the only mare Vormista drawn the outside.
