白金礦full brother 首戰大勝
Memories of champion galloper Lonhro have been evoked following the stunning debut win of his little brother Eighto in the Shane Cook Homes Maiden (1200m) at the Geelong ThoroughTrack.
Eighto, trained at Flemington by Peter Snowden and ridden by Michael Rodd, sat five deep at the tail of the field before unleashing a paralysing burst in the straight to win untouched by the best part of six lengths.
“Obviously he’s got plenty of class but it’s a long way from a Geelong maiden to where people think he’ll be aimed at,” Rodd said.
“The whole family has show they can gallop and there’s plenty of gears there.”
Paul Snowden, deputising for his father, did his best to keep a lid on the hype after Eighto’s win.
“He may have another run at the provincials. One step at a time. We’ll take our time with him,” Snowden said.
“He’s always had his problems but hopefully he’s over them now. He made a huge run but we wanted to be out in the better going.”

中長途馬跑1200都能夠以無敵既姿態取勝..實在難得！
而家寄望佢對腳既舊患唔會復發！！前途無可限量..
