A Catholic is someone who believes in Jesus Christ, Virgin Mary and all Catholic Saints. They have one earthly leader who is the Pope. Catholic's belief lies in the Apostle's Creed where it emphasises on "Communion of Saints." whereas, A Christian is someone who believes in Jesus Christ.
A Roman Catholic, Anglican, Baptist are all Christians. You can say that Christianity is the main category and there are a lot of sub-categories like Roman Catholics, Anglicans, Lutherans, Baptist and various other denominations.
Father (神父) is a term to address a Priest (牧師), who is ordained. If someone is a Priest, you wouldn't call him. "Hey Priest..."
