well, the plan is 1pm (our time)
but mostly they have 15 minutes extra planning ...

so .. they just doing it rush ...
at the end, it is -3 minutes ...
so the program is 3 minutes shorter than expected ..

Despite the hurried ending, I actually think this year's Oscar is one of the best in recent years. Both Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin were very entertaining as hosts. And I particularly liked the way they introduced the best actor and actress nominations. With a dash of personal touch.
