PRIX DE L'ARC DE TRIOMPHE second favourite Soldier Of Fortune will go straight to the Longchamp showpiece without another run.

Sunday's Grosser Preis Von Baden, Germany's most prestigious race,had been mentioned as a possible target for the Coronation Cup winner,but that was ruled out yesterday by trainer Aidan O'Brien.

“Soldier Of Fortune worked at the weekend,” said the trainer.“Everything went well and the plan is for him to go for the Arc withouta prep race.”
