Beadman will travel from Hong Kong to partner the John Moore-trained Viva Macau in the US$250,000 Group 2 Jebel Hatta.
Douglas Whyte, the South African rider who has dominated Hong Kong racing in recent years, will also make his Dubai debut on the same night with Hong Kong trainer Sean Woods booking him to ride Watch What Happens in the Group 3 Burj Nahaar.
Moore will use the Jebel Hatta to try and secure a Dubai Duty Free invitation for Viva Macau, the horse attempting to join high profile stablemate Viva Pataca in the Dubai Sheema Classic to run on the Dubai World Cup program.
Watch What Happens will use the Burj Nahaar in an attempt to secure an invitation to the US$1,000,000 Godolphin Mile.
The “Down Under” feel will be strengthened on Super Thursday with the announcement that champion New Zealand mare Seachange will have her Dubai Duty Free lead-up in the Jebel Hatta. Multiple UAE champion jockey Ted Durcan has been booked to ride Seachange in both her Dubai runs.
Beadman's and Whyte's presence will strengthen an already imposing list of jockeys currently riding in Dubai at the Dubai International Racing Carnival that includes Frankie Dettori, Michael Kinane, John Murtagh, Kerrin McEvoy, Ted Durcan, Pat Smullen, Richard Hills, Ryan Moore, Darryll Holland, Martin Dwyer and Kevin Shea.
